At Guitar Kit Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your build; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unstarted and original-condition kits. Please ensure all components are accounted for and in their original packaging before initiating a return request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unpainted and unassembled kit in its original box, ensuring all hardware, electronics, and wood components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the kit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the kit for completeness and quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
